一个基于可持续发展的产业结构优化模型
论文摘要
经济增长、社会进步与环境保护是当今社会发展的三大主题，可持续发展正是人类在追求其经济目标、社会目标与生态环境目标的基础上所提出的崭新发展观。中国在21世纪的发展过程中面临着促进经济增长，稳定社会就业以及保护生态环境的三重挑战，能否成功，不仅取决于中国经济改革的进一步深入，还取决于产业结构的优化与升级。如果说经济改革是中国可持续发展最基本的驱动力的话，那么协调合理的产业结构则是可持续发展的基本轨道。21世纪中国面临的不仅仅是增长与发展问题，更是产业结构的调整与优化问题。本文以中国经济社会可持续发展为背景，提出一个经济增长与产业结构调整的优化模型，并以此为基础，对中国在21世纪前20年的中长期发展中，经济增长、就业变化、污染控制以及产业结构的转换与调整的“互动”关系进行了模拟与展望。

Economic Growth, Society improvement and Environment Protection are the main themes in the development of Society. It is the brand-new conception of sustainable development that had been put forward by human been in their course of pursuing the goal of economy, society and environment.
