摘要

企业可持续发展，是指企业在追求自我生存和永续发展的过程中，既要考虑企业经营目标的实现和提高企业市场地位，又要保持企业在已领先的竞争领域和未来扩张的经营环境中始终保持持续的盈利增长和能力的提高，保证企业在相当长的时间内长盛不衰。企业可持续发展战略非常繁杂，但是众多理论都是从企业内部某一方面的特性来论述的。比如文化说，要素说，核心竞争力说和制度说等等。本文提出综合SHEMMC理论，旨在寻求一种新的方式解决企业可持续发展。

Abstract

The enterprise sustainable development is that in course of the enterprise development, the enterprise not only achieve its business target and enhance the market status, but also gained the ability of success in the one-up competitive field and the to-be outstretched management condition, and make the enterprise be prosperous in long-term. And there are many theoretic about the sustainable development. But some theoretic expound the sustainable development from one side of the enterprise, such as the theory of the culture, the theory of the essential factors, the key-competitive, and the theory of the system. And in this article I bring forward a new theory of the sustainable development. It is the integrated SHEMMC theory, and in order to seek a new approach to solve the enterprise sustainable development.

1 绪论
1.1研究背景
可持续发展是20世纪80年代随着人们对全球环境与发展问题的广泛讨论而提出的一个全新概念，是人们对传统发展模式进行长期深刻反思的结晶。1992年在里约热内卢召开的联合国环境和发展大会（UNCED）把可持续发展作为人类迈向21世纪的共同发展战略，在人类历史上第一次将可持续发展战略由概念落实为全球的行动。1987年Barbier等人发表了一系列有关经济、环境可持续发展的文章引起了国际社会的注意。同年，布伦特兰夫人(Ms Gro Harlem Brundtland )在世界环境与发展委员会的《
